Job summary

CBT Company is seeking a VMI/Sales Specialist to grow our Vendor Managed Inventory and related product lines. You will work closely with Account Managers, customers, vendors, and CBT teams to improve inventory efficiency, reduce costs, and expand CBTs business within assigned accounts.

Successful candidates will use a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities, generate quotes, and drive sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service in

Qualifications

Sales experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred.
Ability to identify customer needs, develop sales opportunities, handle objections, and close business.

Responsibilities

Grow CBTs Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), product, and service business; engage with Account Managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency, reduce costs, increase product availability, and drive sales targets.
Develop and execute account plans; track sales activity and opportunities; follow up on quotes.
