Job summary

CBT is seeking a VMI/Sales Specialist to grow Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), product, and service business while delivering innovative inventory solutions to customers. You will work with Account Managers, customers, vendors, and CBT teams to improve inventory efficiency, reduce costs, and increase product availability.

You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities for additional CBT products, manage quotes, and help achieve sales targets through a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience in industrial distribution/manufacturing field is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer VMI programs.
• Manage product databases and monitor inventory usage.
• Communicate inventory requirements and sales opportunities to Account Managers.
• Identify opportunities for additional CBT products and services.
