Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator I to deliver and manage inventory at customers' sites in Wisconsin. You will handle physical or administrative tasks for storage, distribution and order fulfillment of merchandise, parts, and equipment.

Responsibilities include transporting goods per DOT standards, ensuring shipment accuracy, setting up VMI spaces, and supporting inventory counts while maintaining strong customer relationships and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience or training in warehouse, inventory counting or delivery.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn and work on semi-routine assignments.
• Self-starter with ability to work with supervision.
• Ability to follow written, oral or diagram instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Drive company commercial vehicles to transport and deliver goods.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments to the customer.
• Assist with VMI customer space setup and stock products.
• Follow customer orders from pickup to delivery and setup.
• Perform VMI functions at point of use areas including loading and reception.
