Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maintain all Regulatory licenses within assigned state.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• General understanding of electronics at the circuit board level.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic VLT machine malfunctions.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance on gaming machines.
• Work flexible shifts including swing shifts and holidays.
