Job summary

JACK Entertainment LLC is seeking a VLT Technician in North Randall, Ohio, to install, test, and maintain electronic components and sub-systems for smooth casino operations.

You will inspect equipment, perform preventative maintenance on VLT machines, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and provide accurate documentation. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently are essential in this fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read/explain pay tables and glass on EGDs.
• Troubleshoot and repair common/uncommon problems with EGDs.
• Know how to use Word and Excel.
• Experience with VLT player tracking systems.
• Identify components in VLT machines.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test assigned equipment, noting defective parts and recommending corrections.
• Perform adjustments and preventative maintenance on VLT machines on the floor or in the VLT shop.
• Observe safety regulations and report hazards to supervisor.
• Ensure understanding of policies, controls, and gaming regulations.
• Provide 100% accuracy and accountability on required documentation.
• Uphold integrity of information in the VLT department.
• Repair or verify transactions at machines with prompt, courteous service.
• Coordinate with Racino management and security to detect cheats or damage to equipment.
