Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with VLT machine maintenance.
• Assist with customer questions regarding VLT machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Stand and walk as part of daily duties.
• Perform floor maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair machine malfunctions and system problems.
• Provide friendly, ethical, cooperative behavior with customers and co-workers.

• Ensure functionality of the VLT maintenance system and monitor activity.

Responsibilities

• Ensures regulatory compliance with all aspects of VLT machine maintenance i.e.; moves, conversions, and repair
• Interacts with VLT Operations personnel and Guests while repairing VLT machine functions
• Assist with every phase, from layout to installation.
• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk.
• Perform floor maintenance: trouble shoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during gaming.
• Must at all times demonstrate friendly, ethical cooperative behavior with customers and co‑workers

• Ensures functionality of the VLT maintenance system.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding VLT machines.
• Provide answers with explanations and rectify problems as appropriate.
• Responsible for the monitoring of VLT machine activity
• Must be knowledgeable of all special events and promotions available to customers
• Actively seeking out opportunities to service customers

• Complies with state, company, and department policies and regulations
• Additional duties may include but not limited to: player tracking installs, machine destruction, helping operations with tickets fills when necessary, etc.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older
• Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must enjoy hosting others.
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
• Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and mobility to move easily around entire property.
• One to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co‑workers, guests and vendors
• Electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment experience required (ex: board testers, multi‑meters, o‑scopes).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous VLT System experience with ACSC, SDS, CDS etc. preferred.
