Job summary

Mobia Medical is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist in Seattle to drive adoption of the Vivistim Paired VNS therapy. You will educate and train physicians, therapists, and rehab teams on effective Vivistim use, guiding therapy implementation and tracking patient progress.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in clinical education or therapy coordination with medical device experience, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• OT or PT degree required.
• 3–5 years clinical/sales experience with proven results.
• Experience selling to PM&R/Neurosurgery/OT/PT communities preferred.
• Experience educating stroke rehabilitation patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with the territory manager to expand patient access for Vivistim accounts.
• Aim to meet or exceed implants and sales goals through targeting UE-Dx evaluations and Vivistim therapy.
• Manage and grow rehabilitation facilities in the territory with a robust business plan.
• Provide on-site and remote support for surgical implanting sites.
• Deliver impactful product presentations to patients, accounts, and clinicians.
• Forecast sales weekly using available tools and guidance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and feedback to leadership.
• Establish yourself as the Vivistim Patient Expert in assigned geography.
