Zusammenfassung

Mobia Medical seeks a Therapy Development Specialist in Detroit to educate and train clinicians on the Vivistim Paired VNS System, driving therapy adoption and patient access. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and facilities to optimize outcomes and support multidisciplinary teams.

The role combines clinical education with field-based sales, requiring communication with hospitals and rehabilitation centers, and the ability to influence decisions in a large healthcare network.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy required (OT, PT, COTA, or PTA).
• Neuro-focused training background is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of documented, successful clinical/sales experience with supportive results.
• Experience selling directly to PM&R/Neurosurgery OT/PT physician communities preferred.
• Experience educating and advocating for Stroke rehabilitation patients.
• Experience calling on hospitals and rehabilitation facilities strongly preferred.
• Solid process orientation demonstrated resource management/allocation experience, and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Intellectual, self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork and collaboration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with customers and patients at all levels.
• Creative thinker and appropriate risk taker.
• Understands and ability operate within appropriate legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to influence decision makers in a large and complex environment.
• Capable of selling new solutions in mature markets.
• Work well in cross matrix organization.
• Occupational Therapy training/background is ideal.

Aufgaben

• Develop territory plans and strategies for creating new patient access to Vivistim accounts, focusing on rehabilitation facilities and key decision makers.
• Aim to meet or exceed implant and sales goals through UE-Dx evaluations and therapy.
• Prepare comprehensive business plans to expand rehabilitation facilities in the assigned geography.
• Support surgical implanting sites in the operating suite.
• Exceed customer expectations and contribute to high customer/patient satisfaction.
• Provide weekly sales forecasting using available tools and guidance.
• Deliver impactful product presentations to patients, accounts and clinicians.
• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and report feedback to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance patient access and therapy adoption.
• Manage customer relationships and drive strategic opportunities.
• Establish as Vivistim Patient Expert in assigned geography.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence, urgency in goal attainment, and deep product knowledge.
• Complete administrative requirements on time and maintain professional standards.
