Job summary

Mobia Medical is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist in Cherry Hill, NJ to support adoption and clinical integration of the Vivistim Paired VNS System. You will educate clinicians, guide therapy implementation, and provide on-site and remote support to ensure optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates have OT/PT backgrounds, 3–5 years clinical/sales experience, and a track record of training healthcare teams. The role offers base salary $90k–$100k with commission up to $50k and OTE around $150k,

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
• Neuro-focused training preferred.
• 3–5 years clinical/sales experience.
• Experience selling to PM&R, Neurosurgery, OT/PT.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to access Vivistim accounts.
• Drive implant/sales goals via UE-Dx evaluations.
• Support rehabilitation facilities in geography.
• Provide on-site and remote clinician education.
• Deliver product presentations to clinicians and patients.
• Monitor market activity and feedback to leadership.
