Job summary

Mobia Medical is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to advance Vivistim Paired VNS therapy for stroke rehab. You will educate and train healthcare professionals, guide therapy implementation, and deliver on-site and remote support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and rehab teams, aiming to exceed adoption goals while maintaining high professional standards and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling to PM&R, Neurosurgery, OT/PT communities preferred.
• OT or PT degree required; neuro-focused training preferred.
• Experience educating stroke rehabilitation patients.
• Ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with the manager to expand Vivistim adoption at rehab facilities.
• Meet implants and sales goals through UE-Dx evaluations and therapy offers.
• Grow rehabilitation facilities through a clear, actionable business plan.
• Support surgical sites in the operating room when needed.
• Deliver compelling product presentations to clinicians and patients.
• Provide weekly sales forecasts using approved tools and data.
