Job summary

Mobia Medical, Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist in Portland to drive adoption of the VivistimPaired VNS System. You will educate physicians, therapists and rehab teams, guide therapy implementation, and provide on-site and remote support to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires clinical education experience in neurorehabilitation, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously across hospitals and rehab facilities. Competitive base with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in OT or PT with licensure or eligibility.
• 3–5 years of clinical/sales experience with results.
• Experience with PM&R, Neurosurgery, OT/PT communities preferred.
• Proven track record launching disruptive neurostimulation tech.
• Experience educating stroke rehabilitation patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train healthcare professionals on Vivistim therapy.
• Develop territory plans to expand access in rehab facilities.
• Drive implants and sales goals via UE-Dx evaluations.
• Support surgical implant sites in operating rooms.
• Deliver product presentations to patients, accounts, and clinicians.
• Maintain CRM data and forecast weekly sales.
