Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead a busy Vitamin/HBA team in our Tennessee store. You will help customers make healthy choices, manage inventory, and ensure high service standards.

You’ll recruit, mentor, and develop staff while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Experience in vitamins, homeopathy, or holistic products preferred with leadership duties.
• Strong customer service and coaching abilities to guide staff and customers.
• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and product quality in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin/HBA department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
