Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with at least 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Must be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly with the ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction while maintaining a team environment.
• Good housekeeping and adherence to safety regulations.
• Willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and excellent customer service.
• Ensure customers receive helpful service with vitamins and health products.
• Maintain knowledge of vitamins and health items to guide customers.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support fast-paced operations and customer service.
