Sprouts Farmers Market in Concord, NC is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of the store's busiest teams. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, training, and scheduling while upholding health and safety standards.

This role blends leadership with hands-on merchandising and product knowledge to help customers make informed wellness choices. The ideal candidate is 18+, with leadership experience in vitamin/holistic retail, strong communication, and a passion

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with at least 1 year in vitamin/holistic experience or equivalent education.
• Reliable with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing personality with strong customer interaction skills.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and supervision of the team.
• Coordinate planning, direction, and teamwork to drive sales.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and service to customers.
• Provide guidance on vitamins and health products and respond to wellness questions.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate the Vitamin team.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Assist in unloading store deliveries.
• Support in maintaining compliance and customer service standards.
