Job summary

Datasoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Vital Records Support Specialist to serve as the primary Help Desk contact for users navigating the ROVER and Vital Records tools.

This in-office role in Oklahoma City will monitor inquiries, troubleshoot access, and coordinate training while ensuring high responsiveness and professional service. The position emphasizes documentation gaps identification, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams to uphold data accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one year of experience or equivalent mix.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Public Health or Health Info Mgmt.
• Experience with investigative troubleshooting and user support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Help Desk and provide timely support.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries across onboarding, offboarding, training, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot access, usage, and workflow issues; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate internal training requests and assist with scheduling and materials.
• Ensure compliance with data accuracy, integrity, and reporting standards.
