The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) invites applications for the Vital Records Analyst – County Liaison (Operations and Policy Analyst 2) in Portland. This role connects 35 County Vital Records offices with the state office to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient statewide vital records operations.

The analyst conducts program analysis, coordinates legislative and policy analysis, and drives process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or related field; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
• OR five years of experience and education equivalent to the classification, combining education and experience to meet knowledge and skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex policy or technical information in plain language to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between Oregon's 35 County Vital Records offices and the state vital records office.
• Conduct program analysis and quality assurance activities; coordinate legislative and policy analysis.
• Develop and deliver training, presentations, and consultation services; maintain program materials.
