The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division, Center for Health Statistics seeks a Vital Records Analyst - County Liaison to join our team in Portland. This role acts as the primary liaison between Oregon's 35 County Vital Records offices and the state vital records office, ensuring the integrity and quality of statewide operations.

The position conducts program analysis, policy analysis, and quality assurance activities, driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills.
• Two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work, or five years of experience with education equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary liaison between Oregon's 35 County Vital Records offices and the state vital records office, ensuring integrity and quality of statewide operations.
• Conduct program analysis and quality assurance activities, coordinate legislative and policy analysis for the Center, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Develop and deliver training, presentations, communications, and consultation services while maintaining and updating program materials.
