Mayo Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to provide organizational and clerical support to patient care units. You will assist with monitoring supplies, entering orders in the EHR, and communicating with patients, visitors, and staff to support the care team.

The role emphasizes effective English communication, multitasking, and teamwork; experience with CHUC or CNA credentials is preferred. Full-time schedule includes 12-hour day/night rotations in a clinical setting.

Formación

• Completion of a health unit coordinator program or comparable experience preferred.
• Current CHUC certification preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant on Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry preferred.
• 12 college credits or high school diploma with Nursing Assistant training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide organizational, receptionist, and clerical support to patient care units and healthcare team.
• Monitor and order supplies; assist with managing orders in the EHR.
• Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff; support continuum of care.
• Assist staff with delegated tasks under RN supervision.
