Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field.

• Valid Alabama driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates early intervention services for eligible families.
• Provides needs assessments and writes comprehensive assessments of the child’s assets, deficits, and needs.
• Develops, reviews, and implements the IFSP within appropriate timeframes.
• Secures documentation from providers for funding sources and assists families in obtaining services.
• Maintains case management records and documents goals, progress, and outcomes.
