Arc of Madison County in Huntsville, AL seeks an Early Intervention/Service Coordinator to direct and coordinate services for eligible families. The role includes needs assessments, IFSP development, and arranging required services, with a focus on timely planning and documentation.

The coordinator works with families to secure appropriate services, monitor progress quarterly, and ensure compliance with program safeguards and billing requirements. A valid Alabama driver’s license is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field is required or strongly preferred.
• Completion of an Alabama-approved case management training program is required or highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, and to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and coordinates early intervention services for eligible families.
• Provide needs assessments and IFSP development and review within required timeframes.
• Coordinate service arrangements, identify needed services, and assist families with obtaining resources.
