GoodwillSR seeks a VISTA to strengthen the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program infrastructure, expanding access to free tax prep for low-income households. The VISTA will develop sustainable volunteer systems, partnerships and outreach infrastructure, implement a new scheduling platform, and create training resources.

You will document and evaluate processes to ensure long-term sustainability of financial stability services through volunteer engagement and community collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs within nonprofit settings.
• Ability to develop partnerships and outreach infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
