GoodwillSR is seeking a Workforce Curriculum Development AmeriCorps VISTA to strengthen training for individuals facing poverty and employment barriers. The VISTA will assess curriculum practices, research regional needs, and develop standardized instructional resources to support reliable workforce preparation.

You will establish a centralized curriculum system, create evaluation processes, and document sustainable workflows that endure after the service term, contributing to long-term

Qualifications

• Requires High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in education or youth development is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Workforce Curriculum Development AmeriCorps VISTA: Build GoodwillSR's capacity to provide consistent, accessible, and effective workforce training to individuals experiencing poverty and employment barriers. The VISTA will assess curriculum practices, research regional workforce and certification needs, develop standardized instructional resources, establish a centralized curriculum system, create evaluation processes, and document sustainable workflows that remain after the service term.

Member Duties :

Build GoodwillSR's capacity to provide consistent, accessible, and effective workforce training to individuals experiencing poverty and employment barriers. The VISTA will assess curriculum practices, research regional workforce and certification needs, develop standardized instructional resources, establish a centralized curriculum system, create evaluation processes, and document sustainable workflows that remain after the service term.
