Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead for full-time work in a warehouse-format store. The Zone Lead supports merchandising in designated zones, maintains visual standards, and implements in-store marketing elements to drive sales and guest engagement.

The role requires leading by example, coaching team members, and ensuring signs, vignettes, endcaps, and seasonal displays stay current. You must be able to lift heavy items and work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and team members required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and repeatedly move merchandise around a warehouse-format store.
• Strong visual merchandising knowledge and standards adherence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute visual merchandising in designated zones with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Lead transitions, reinventions, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and clean, organized zones.
• Assist in freight processing and stock placement in assigned areas, including end caps.
• Maintain store safety, guest experience, and inventory accuracy; participate in team meetings/huddles.
• Coach team members on visual priorities and in-store standards while modeling ethical behavior.
