Job summary

At Home is seeking a Zone Lead to support visual merchandising within designated zones of a warehouse-format store. You will oversee transitions, product assortment changes, and in-store marketing elements to drive sales while maintaining visual integrity and an organized layout.

The role emphasizes coaching team members and promoting guest engagement. The Zone Lead will manage daily tasks, assist with freight processes, and ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance across the zone, including

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes in designated zones, plan transitions and resets to maintain visual standards and in-store promotions.
• Lead daily/weekly workload and tasks as delegated to meet sales, guest engagement and store goals.
• Participate in freight processes and stock maintenance to keep zones neat and presentable.
• Assist in customer experience, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Serve as a role model and coach for visual merchandising and training.
