• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and customer experience by creating attractive product presentations.
• Lead team in implementing planograms, signage, price changes, and floor sets.
• Collaborate with omni, operations, and selling teams to ensure standards.
• Manage in-store customer service, stock replenishment, and store recovery.
• Plan and execute weekly leadership workload and staffing based on forecasts.
