Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Visual Merchandising or Retail Management experience.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull receiving equipment up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives.
• Lead team to execute product presentations aligned with directives, planograms, and brand standards.
• Prepare signs, monitor daily promotional updates, and manage floor changes.
• Communicate daily goals and key tasks to the team.
• Plan and schedule merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks via weekly leadership meetings.
• Adapt tactics based on forecasts and business needs.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing learning for associates.
• Foster a positive store culture and recognize team achievements.
• Support in-store customer experience with stock replenishment and store recovery.
• Lead omni and operations processes, following product protection and safety guidelines.
