Job summary

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on creating an engaging visual experience that appeals to FP customers.
• Brand Experience: Involves the team in selling and visual initiatives that enhance the customer experience; builds relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Brand Experience: Creates a compelling store environment through in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting.
• Leadership + Team Management: Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards; provides feedback to drive accountability.
• Leadership + Team Management: Participates as manager-on-duty by driving engagement and fostering collaboration.
• Leadership + Team Management: Supports recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build brand-facing talent.
• Visual + Business Operations: Manages daily operating processes including payroll management and adapting visual support to business needs.
• Visual + Business Operations: Directs visual direction from planning to execution, using reporting tools to spot opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
• Visual + Business Operations: Drives shipments and omni processes to ensure sell-through and markdown planning.
• Visual + Business Operations: Upholds safety standards and inventory accuracy, supporting store profitability.
• Communication + Relationships: Leads with a people-first approach and maintains open dialogue across levels.
