You will drive planning to execution, manage a team, and coach for best-in-class displays while meeting budgets and schedules. The role requires leadership, brand passion, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Passion for UO brand and customer experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting the company values and partners with the Display Artist and Department Managers to create an engaging visual experience.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and personalized yet efficient.
• Drives store visuals and merchandising from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Recruit, mentor, and train department/display candidates to build bench strength and succession.
• Coach team on processes, placement, standards, and visual display to maximize performance.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies to protect profitability.
