You will partner with the store team to plan merchandising, sets, and creative activations that reflect the URBN brand and drive sales. You will coach department managers and display artists, manage visual direction from planning to execution, monitor budgets, and ensure safety and inventory standards while delivering engaging guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting URBN values and partners with Display Artist to create engaging visual experiences.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and personalized while driving sales.
• Leads store display and merchandising from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Coaches team members on processes, visual display standards, and store operations.
• Ensures safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
