This role focuses on visual direction, merchandising execution, team development, and aligning store operations with company standards, budgets, and timelines, including flexible hours. You will partner with Display Artists and Department Managers to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

Passion for UObrand.
3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
Experience with floor planning.
Proven record of developing great talent.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Brand Experience: create engaging visual experiences that appeal to the UO customer.
Leadership + Team Management: recruit, hire, mentor, and train department and display staff.
Visual + Business Operations: manage display direction from planning to execution, meet budgets and timelines.
Communication + Relationships: share product knowledge and maintain cross-functional teamwork.
