URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to support store selling, service, and operations with a focus on merchandising and display to inspire customers.

The role collaborates with store leadership to train staff, plan visual experiences, and manage daily operations, payroll, and inventory while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• 1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the FP customer
• Involves entire team in selling and visual initiatives that enhance the customer experience; personal service and product recommendations
• Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience through in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting
• Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards; provides employee feedback
• Participates as manager-on-duty; recruiting, onboarding and talent retention support
• Manages payroll and visual direction from planning to execution; uses reporting tools for opportunities in placement and stock levels
• Supports shipments and omni process to prioritize product to customer; plans for sell-through and markdown recoveries
• Upholds safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies
