URBN is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager at the Baton Rouge store (Perkins Rowe) to support selling, service, and operations with a strong focus on merchandising and display that inspires customers.

The role requires leading the team in visual initiatives, training on standards, and acting as manager-on-duty to drive engagement, communication, and a compelling store environment in alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualificações

• 1+ years visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Support selling, service, and operations with emphasis on merchandising and display to create an inspiring visual experience for the customer.
• Lead and train team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards with timely feedback.
• Drive in-store brand experience and ownership during manager-on-duty shifts.
• Oversee payroll-adjacent daily operations, visual direction, and stock levels to meet budgets and timelines.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across the store team to balance visual priorities and operations.
