Reformation in New York is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate to uphold top-tier in-store visuals and execute VM strategies that drive traffic and sales. You will dress displays, ensure timely Go Lives, and maintain equipment and stockroom organization while prioritizing customer service.

You will collaborate with VM leadership, analyze Looker dashboards, and participate in weekly scoring and planning to continuously improve the shopping experience and store performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months working at Reformation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven team player with leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity.
• Uphold time and attendance policy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high VM standards by following VM guidelines to enhance in-store visuals.
• Dress outfits, mannequin styling and weekly Go Lives per directives.
• Keep VM equipment and props organized in stockroom inventory.
• Manage VM recovery: swap low lines, move slow sellers, replenish notches.
• Process shipments promptly to maximize sales and maintain floor readiness.
• Prioritize customer service while completing VM tasks.
• Keep sales floor, fitting rooms and windows clean and organized.
• Share feedback with VM Manager weekly and participate in action plans.
• Weekly Monday walkthroughs with Store Manager to rate VM performance.
