Reformation in New York City is looking for a Visual Merchandising Associate to maintain high visual standards and bring the brand to life in-store. You will execute weekly Go Lives, manage stockroom props, and analyze Looker data to drive shop performance, while keeping the customer experience front and center.

The role requires flexibility and a collaborative mindset. The position is full-time in Soho with a 35+ hour weekly schedule, including Fridays and weekends, and offers competitive

Qualifications

• Passionate about the Reformation brand.
• Minimum 6 months working at Reformation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven team player with leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity.
• 1+ years relevant experience in a fast paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product presentation following VM guidelines.
• Complete Go Lives weekly in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure VM equipment and props are in good condition and stored properly.
• Oversee VM recovery: swap low lines, move slow sellers, replenish notches.
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales.
• Prioritize customer service while completing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, fitting rooms and windows.
• Share feedback with VM Manager weekly.
• Contribute to positive team morale by living our values.
• Weekly walkthrough with Store Manager using CX tools.
• Plan placement of new arrivals using RAV and Inbound Shipment Report.
