Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising for its Coral Gables boutique. You will oversee VM standards during boutique hours and events, supervising with the Visual Lead and ensuring proper use of fixtures, selling tools and mannequins.

Collaboration with boutique management is essential to meet merchandise initiatives and client experiences. You will coordinate display movement, maintain VM guidelines, and capture photos for global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and display design.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Professional presence and ability to lift up to 25 lbs with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of visual merchandising standards within the boutique during hours and events.
• Supervise with the Visual Lead the implementation of VM guidelines and fixtures.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and floors are merchandised per VM guidelines between floor sets.
• Photograph the boutique after floor/window updates for global and Dropbox records.
• Work independently with minimal supervision on projects and deadlines.
