Job summary

CHANEL in Coral Gables is seeking a Specialist, Visual Merchandising to oversee the boutique's VM standards during hours and events. You will work with the Visual Lead to implement and maintain guidelines, including window installs, fixture setup, selling tools and mannequins to deliver a cohesive luxury presentation.

You will partner with Boutique Management to coordinate merchandise initiatives, photograph displays after floor and window changes, and ensure updates are shared in Dropbox.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related art/fashion course.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate VM direction to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Boutique Management for merchandise initiatives.
• Coordinate movement and storage of display elements with Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure windows and selling floors are merchandised following VM guidelines between floor sets.
• Photograph boutique after floor and window changes and update Dropbox per guidelines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and own projects to timely results.
