lululemon Athletica in Suburban Square is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the sales floor through product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing. You will implement key product stories, manage displays and mannequin styling, and support a world-class guest experience.

Collaborate with store leadership, execute VM updates, and train team members in visual display techniques.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to deliver VM presentations and guest experiences.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and weekly/monthly changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs on the floor.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques to team members.
• Support a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaboration.
