Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests' experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Manage VM flips: window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Interact with guests on the floor to understand needs and provide product education.
