Job summary

lululemon Athletica's Settlers Green Pop Up Outlet is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the shop floor. You will style products, manage displays, and execute campaigns that enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.

You'll collaborate with store leadership, perform VM flips, signage updates, and mannequin styling while delivering technical product education to teammates and ensuring an inclusive, high-energy work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, product placement, and store navigation for a guest-centric experience.
• Execute compelling product presentation and mannequin styling per company standards.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Interact with guests to understand needs and provide technical product education.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards to team members.
• Support an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
