Lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist for our Smith Haven Pop Up to ensure brand VM standards on the floor. You will execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences and drive sell-through.

You will collaborate with store leadership, implement seasonally themed displays, perform VM flips, and provide on-the-spot coaching to teammates while delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above (nice to have).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes.
• Connect with guests to assess their needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment coaching on brand standards and visual display techniques.
