The role involves collaborating with leadership and providing on-floor training to teammates, ensuring compelling displays and a seamless guest journey in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards and product stories and store navigation.
• Execute branding and product presentation to drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Interact with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
