Job summary

Dynamic Resources is seeking an energetic, ambitious service-minded Project Manager with experience in retail execution to join our team in New York. You will oversee the construction, remodel, and rollout of store environments, coordinating with clients and field teams to ensure timely delivery and lasting quality.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage, and oversee the construction and remodel of high-end retail stores and pop-ups.
• Oversee rollouts of in-store displays, fixtures, graphics and branding across locations.
• Manage client and field team relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review plans and construction documents, oversee bidding and budgeting, attend site meetings.
• Coordinate project schedules and prepare field documents, contractor scopes of work.
• Monitor project costs and approve invoices; suggest process improvements.

Job description

Dynamic Resources is a 30+ year-old international retail project management company specializing in the planning, construction, and installation of branded environments, store fixtures, graphics, and displays. We work with some of the biggest brands in the world and are a trusted resource to manage some of their most important projects. We are seeking an energetic, ambitious service minded Project Manager with experience in retail execution to join our team.

• Responsible for scheduling, managing and overseeing the construction/build out of new and remodel high-end retail stores, pop-ups, events, and Shop-In-Shops from inception to completion.
• Oversee rollouts of in-store displays, fixtures, graphics and branding across multiple locations.
• Manage relationships with clients and field teams to ensure successful planning and project execution.
• Review plans and construction documents for accuracy. Oversee bidding, budgeting, and attend jobsite meetings and site visits as needed.
• Coordinate/monitor project schedules and prepare field documents including contractor scopes of work for our various field teams.
• Maintain cost summary of all project costs, and review/ approve invoices to be paid.
• Adhere to established processes and workflows. Provide input and suggestions on new methods to constantly improve the process.
• Focus on ensuring we always maintain superior customer service levels.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years project management experience
• Experience communicating directly with clients, vendors and contractors alike.
• Superior time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bonus if you have:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Smartsheet
• Experience with logistics/warehousing/transportation
• The ability to read blueprints or construction drawings
