Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact for retail display and merchandising initiatives supporting key accounts.

  • Coordinate weekly status touchpoints with vendor partners and internal stakeholders; document decisions, risks, and next steps.
  • Consolidate timelines from multiple stakeholders (sales, marketing, creative, production) into a single, realistic deployment calendar.
  • Track milestones in a project management platform and follow up consistently to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Flag issues early, propose options, and drive alignment on changes in scope, cost, or timing.
  • Route concepts, artwork, and technical solutions through the appropriate approval chains and capture final sign-offs.
  • Support the development of in-store layouts and product schematics that optimize navigation, storytelling, and space utilization.
  • Translate merchandising and marketing strategies into clear briefs for creative, engineering, and production teams.
  • Review proposed fixture solutions, renderings, and technical drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and budget alignment.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and consolidate revisions for external partners.
  • Evaluate prototypes, material samples, and pre-production graphics to confirm quality standards and functional requirements.
  • Review installation guides and other executional documentation; suggest improvements for clarity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate on value-engineering efforts to reduce cost without compromising brand standards or customer experience.
  • Prepare item assortments, configuration lists, and other reference tools to support store updates and launches.
