Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in retail merchandising.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Associate degree is required, preferably fashion-related.

Responsibilities

• Maintain displays and change mannequins to support selling team.
• Support product prep for floor moves and launches; maintain photo files and window-item docs.
• Assist with events, seasonal installations, and sales initiatives.
• Communicate with boutique teams and management; work independently with minimal supervision.
