Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Visual Document Coordinator to support floorset execution and store presentation standards at our Columbus, OH home office. You will coordinate communications, maintain documentation, and ensure accuracy across visual merchandising systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree or related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain store communications related to floorset execution and displays.
• Assist with preparation, formatting, and distribution of Seasonal Floorset Tools and docs.
• Maintain Visual Brand Standards communications to support consistent execution.
• Develop knowledge of the Visual Merchandising System (VMS) including placement and reporting.
• Pull assortments and maintain product information in VMS and PLM.
• Review data, images, and product info for accuracy across tools.
• Support cross-functional teams to gather and distribute information.
