The role serves as the primary contact for day-to-day data and process management, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities include memo processing, schedule maintenance, CAPEX budget handling, data audits, user onboarding in Lucernex and Sphere XG, and monthly

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate project data across planning, real estate, and construction systems.
• Create and maintain project schedules with key milestone dates.
• Process capital budget requests and verify financial accuracy.
• Audit data consistency across Lucernex and other PM systems.
• Onboard new Lucernex users and set up Sphere XG projects.
• Run monthly reports and perform regular project audits.
• Support weekly project update meetings and cross-functional alignment.
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement.
