Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Visual Document Coordinator in Columbus, OH to support the Visual Merchandising team with documentation, floorset execution, and store presentation standards.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment. You will create and maintain store communications, assist with Seasonal Floorset Tools, and update data in VMS and PLM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA expected.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Passion for the Abercrombie & Co. Brands and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain store communications related to floorset execution, store layouts, displays, marketing initiatives, and promotional activity.
• Assist with the preparation, formatting, review, and distribution of Seasonal Floorset Tools and other visual merchandising documentation.
• Maintain and update Visual Brand Standards communications to support consistent execution in stores.
• Develop knowledge of the Visual Merchandising System (VMS), including merchandise placement, fixture mapping, reporting, and forms.
• Manage form-based documentation and ensure information is accurate, organized, and complete.
• Pull assortments and maintain product information within VMS, PLM, and other merchandising systems.
• Review data, images, and product information to ensure accuracy across visual merchandising tools and communications.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint to support visual merchandising presentations, documents, and store communications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, update, and distribute information needed for visual merchandising execution.
• Support ongoing process improvements and assist with daily operational needs of the Visual team.
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
