Responsibilities

• Lead strategic installations and floor setups for events and campaigns.
• Direct and support the display team to maintain high-impact presentations.
• Oversee daily visual maintenance and adjust lighting and elements as needed.
• Coordinate storage and organization of visual collateral and supplies.
• Collaborate with merchandising and operations to align product, promo, and pricing.
• Plan workload and allocate labor hours for visual assignments and tasks.
• Train associates on directives, standards, and on-brand execution.
• Manage hiring and onboarding to build store talent bench.
• Support asset protection and safety compliance in the visual area.
