Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to drive sales through well-merchandised product presentations and accurate signage. The role leads the team in planograms, pricing updates, and back‑house organization to maintain visual standards and a positive customer experience.

The position is hourly with monthly bonus eligibility, requiring 1–3 years in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with store teammates and leadership.
• Comfortable with technology and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Own merchandising standards and drive sales through compelling product presentations.
• Lead team in executing planograms, signs, price changes, and stock readiness.
• Monitor and adjust labor hours using forecasts and inbound manifests.
• Set daily goals and communicate tasks to the team.
• Plan and participate in weekly leadership workload meetings.
• Support omni and operations processes and ensure store safety and asset protection.
