Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience in specialty store preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Multitask while attending to customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS Systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be mobile on sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage POS operations.
• Lead and coach associates on merchandising and service standards.
• Drive sales and customer loyalty through service leader behaviors.
• Coordinate break schedules and store events.
